What we collect from you

Only what you give us: a phone number or email when you ask for a report, an alert or a demo, and the text of any correction you send. We use it for that purpose only and never sell it.

Personal data inside public records

We profile companies and projects, not private individuals. Names of private buyers and sellers in sale registrations are never shown. Director names appear only as they do on public company filings.

Where it lives

All data is stored in India.

Who sees it

Only our team, through an internal console restricted to company accounts. We use carefully chosen service providers for hosting, sign-in, payments and messaging, bound to use your data only to provide those services. Ask us for the current list at hello@thokbajaake.com.

How long we keep it

Lead and alert contacts: until you ask us to delete them or 24 months after your last interaction. Correction requests: kept with the correction log, because the log is public accountability.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, write to hello@thokbajaake.com. We respond within 30 days. Grievance officer: the same address until a named officer is appointed.
