Which builders push possession back?

Every builder with at least 5 registered projects whose original possession date has already passed, ranked by how many months that date moved on the official RERA record.

HRERA's public lists give only the current validity date, not the original one, so delays can't be measured for Haryana yet.

How it's measured: for each project, months between the possession date first declared to the regulator and the latest one (zero if unchanged), averaged per builder. Only records we have verified against the regulator count; cancelled and withdrawn registrations are excluded. A delay on the record is not by itself a finding of fault. See the methodology.
